Bareboat Charter

Taking to the water is the best way to experience S.E. Alaska’s 10,000 miles of coastline, towering mountains, amazing wildlife and world-class-fishing! If you have qualifying boating/skippering experience this may be the option for you!

An extreme tide in the area can fluctuate up to 23 feet, the currents that accompany these tides can be challenging. For your safety, and the protection of our equipment we require considerable experience on a like sized, single screw vessel in similar tidal conditions. Experience in S.E. Alaskan waters is not required but a definite plus. We highly recommend a skippered bareboat for those of you who have never navigated in the area.

As long as you have qualifying boating experience, let the journey begin! We are here to answer questions, offer suggestions, and explore how we might provide a charter experience that accomplishes your objectives. The adventures and unique experiences are limitless and can turn into a "trip of a lifetime" that you do every year! It is difficult to convey in words the impact the experience can have.

You will be aboard one of the finest trawlers built. Nordic Tugs have a cult-like following for a reason. With their luxurious appointments, remarkable seaworthiness and rugged construction, few trawlers available today can match all of Nordic Tugs qualities and attention to detail.
