April 5 thru 20: Anacortes to Juneau new boat delivery trip! Our fourth delivery trip was yet anothrer great experience had by all. Weather was pretty much cloudy, rainy, some hail and snow and as a consequence very cozy on board the tugs. Queen charlotte crossing was moderate seas and Dixon was relatively calm. Crabbing was exceptional in some locations and shrimping was quite successful on two occassions. Our guests from N. Carolina thourghly enjoyed the experience and I suspect we will see them again in Alaska. Another guest was making his fourth trip with us and I am sure will be back for a fifth. He has become our head navigator and trip statistician. This trip continued to confirm that all the trips are great with a few being just a little greater dependent on what unique events were experienced. We hope to again have this opportunity in 2009!!!
